  • How does the subscription billing work, and can I cancel at any time?

    Subscription billing is either monthly or annually. Discounts are available for annual payments and multiple subscriptions purchased within the same 30 days. Monthly subscriptions are billed each month and content is released ("dripped") monthly. You can cancel your subscription at any time; however, access to content will be revoked for lack of payment.

  • What additional resources are included in the subscription, and how do I access them?

    Alongside our expert-led courses, your subscription includes downloadable resources, interactive tools, and exclusive content such as e-books, webinars, and articles. All these resources are available directly within your learning dashboard, allowing for seamless access at any time to complement your learning journey.

  • Is there a bulk pricing option for multiple manager accounts?

    Yes, there are discounts available for companies interested in enrolling multiple managers in our business subscription membership. We offer volume-based pricing tiers to provide cost-effective solutions for businesses looking to enhance the professional development of their management teams.

  • What happens if a payment is missed

    If a payment is missed, access to content will be temporarily revoked until the payment is made. Consistently missed payments may result in permanent revocation of access.

  • Can I upgrade or downgrade my subscription plan?

    Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan at any time. For upgrades, the new rate will be applied immediately, and for downgrades, the new rate will apply at the start of the next billing cycle.

  • What are the benefits of an enterprise subscription?

  • How does the enterprise subscription billing work?
